Return & Refund Policy
Physical Products: We want you and your dog to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with a product, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Pet safety items (collars, leashes, harnesses) must be unopened for hygiene reasons
- Proof of purchase is required
To initiate a return, please contact us at avantgardek9@yahoo.com. We'll provide return shipping instructions. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
Online Dog Training Services: Due to the digital nature of our training sessions, all training packages are non-refundable once a session has been scheduled or conducted. However, if you're not satisfied after your first session, please contact us within 24 hours and we'll work with you to find a solution.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
